Lucid Dreamers is Brigitte’s own quartet, welcoming you into a beautiful and unique sound world. The original music draws from the jazz, folk, contemporary classical, free improv and electronic realms with poignant songs, atmospheric and open improvisations, exciting grooves and impactful stillness. They premiered at London’s Queen Elizabeth Hall as a trio with Brigitte Beraha, George Crowley and Tim Giles in November 2019 as part of the London Jazz Festival, with music written by Brigitte.  Extended to a quartet with Alcyona Mick on piano, they released ‘Lucid Dreamers’ on Let Me Out Records in July 2020, with the follow up ‘Blink’ in May 2022 which they toured in the UK and Europe. Their third album ‘Teasing Reflections’ releases 12th September 2025 with a UK / European tour to celebrate.
“Brilliant and inspiring.” Luciana Souza

‘Quietly virtuosic UK vocalist Brigitte Beraha is at her delicately airborne, rhythmically audacious best with her closely entwined Lucid Dreamers band.’  The Guardian, John Fordham

Bridget Walsh – @lovefrombridget / @1032music

With an international tour résumé spanning everything from Glastonbury’s Hell Stage to New Zealand’s National Jazz Festival, Bridget Walsh is a playful and genre-expansive artist, hellbent on leaving the world better than she found it. For fans of James Blake, Radiohead, Little Dragon, Björk, Hiatus Kaiyote, Kate Bush and more, Bridget is an experimental vocalist and fearless front-woman of London band 10:32 with Lyle Barton, Radovan Brtko and Isobella Burnham.Bridget draws from an upbringing in hiphop and house music, a Guildhall masters degree in jazz performance and a DIY punk mentality, and with every live set, Bridget holds people together in a pocket of space and time, energising her audience to move back out into the world with a little more hope, a little more spark, a little more kindness. As a composer and songwriter, Bridget has writing credits sitting at over 26 million streams on Spotify, and recent shows include We Out Here Festival, Love Supreme’s Supreme Standards, EFG London Jazz Festival, the Vortex and a sold out show at Pizza Express Jazz Club.

JAZZ IN THE ROUND is at the forefront of new sounds, offering a performance platform for emerging artists and programming them alongside top-shelf headliners.

JAZZ IN THE ROUND’s flagship in-the-round night is held once a month at The Cockpit in Marylebone, and has become one of the most revered nights in the London Jazz calendar. Each session consists of three sets: An EMERGENCE slot for new and emerging acts, a solo slot – often an artist breaking away from a group to explore something new, and a headline slot playing host to a roster of Jazz’s finest musicians.

In addition, JAZZ IN THE ROUND programs on-your-feet EMERGENCE gigs, one-off nights in pubs, stages at festivals, and shows for the EFG LONDON JAZZ FESTIVAL, maintaining an ethos for grassroots platforming, and supporting artists at the start of their career.

Jazz In The Round is a Cockpit Production and a proud partner with One Jazz on their monthly sessions at The Cockpit.
