Queer Jazz was founded by DJ Tina Edwards and musician Arowah to showcase LGBTQIA+ talent in the jazz community, build an inclusive community for artists and audiences and create safe spaces with regular events in and around London UK.
Ultimately their goal is, “to actually not be needed anymore”. The vision is a music industry where spaces are so commonplace that BIPOC, women, neurodivergent, and queer musicians can perform openly without fear.
One Jazz welcomes Queer Jazz with a special show in time for Pride month 2026, presented by Mercedes Masters.
