One Jazz and Audiogold presents On The Corner, back at London’s Mildmay Club in North London on Thursday 17th September 2026 from 7-11pm. On The Corner proudly champions brilliant young musicians and we commune for a unique listening experience – Live jazz and jazz on vinyl on a unique sound system provided by Audio Gold.
We are delighted to have saxophonist, composer and band leader Mali Sheard play her music from her forthcoming album Hayfever.
Another Tomorrow’s Warriors alumnus, Mali’s music is influenced heavily by nature and artists as diverse as Frank Sinatra, Brian Blade and Antonio Carlos Jobim. With an emphasis on melody and a folk tinge, her beautiful playing belies her years.
Plus there’s jazz on vinyl played by resident Robin Brunson from Audio Gold and guest DJ Chris Philips, all heard on the mighty Audio Gold vintage audiophile Hi-Fi sound system.

Audio Gold is a famous independent shop in North London (located at 308-310 Park Road, Crouch End) that specializes in new and second-hand analogue hi-fi gear, vinyl records, and audio equipment. Established in 1993, it operates out of an old bank building and is well known for repairs and vintage kit.
