Watford Jazz Junction and One Jazz present two excellent live dates in Watford this May.
On Saturday 9th of May, vocalist Emma Smith returns to her hometown with her new show Doing It My Way at the beautiful Watford Palace Theatre. A familiar name at Ronnie Scott’s and off the back of a busy worldwide spring tour, Emma brings an evening of big band classics, swing and ballads to stage along with her typically world-class band.
Then on Sunday 10th of May, Conversations in Jazz comes to St John’s Church — featuring several performances including from David Gordon with Christian Garrick, Ilario Ferrari with Mari Songs and a solo show from electric bass virtuoso Shri Sriram.
